Today’s new thing is Fancy Cheeses!
Starting of with Brie, which is smooth at first bite but has somewhat of a bitter or maybe a sharp after taste.
Next is Cheddar with Tomato and Basil, a mild tasting cheese with really good tomato flavor and the basil as the after taste.
Last is Pecorino with Truffle, a hard cheese with a very strong flavor. And I would guess so at $30 a pound. But I most definitely didn’t buy a pound.
So it was fancy cheese night with sparkling apple cider and watching ice dancing at the Sochi Olympics.
