Today’s new thing was a Lemon Cupcake with Raspberry Filling for Star Cakes here in Springfield. It was so good, the cake had this really good lemon flavor with this juicy raspberry filling. It had lovely buttercream frosting with this raspberry drizzle on it. Such a soft lemon flavor to the cake and the raspberry was the perfect combination. What I think I appreciated the most was the fact that they didn’t put tons of frosting on it. You know what I am talking about, that cupcakes you get that have most frosting then cake, yuck. And for all if you people who love frosting, I’m sorry, not much of a frosting girl here.
